A single pull of the handle moistens and dispenses the required length of gummed tape. Cuts all tapes up to 30" long and widths from 1 1/2-3" with guillotine sheer blades. Features steel side frame construction, two moistening brushes, large water bottle and length control. Available with optional top heater which heats tape allowing water to penetrate and activate glue faster and more effectively.
